Alisa’s hope is that the new therapeutic relationship will be a great fit and that you will grow together on the journey to a happier, healthier, stronger, and more focused you. Alisa’s work has equally been with children, teens, and adults, addressing a wide array of concerns including anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, family and relationship issues, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), domestic violence and women’s issues.
Alisa’s approach is always non-judgmental, compassionate, and individualized to the unique situations of each person. Alisa draws from a number of methodologies when working with her clients. Among these are Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
