I am exp. in working with individuals coping with life-altering circumstances and illness, mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, recovery, grief and loss, relationship stressors, and spiritual crisis. I also specialize in relationship counseling, trauma and recovery issues such as sexual abuse. I am experienced serving those with medical issues-HIV/AIDS, Breast cancer, PTSD and phobias. I’m also experienced serving military families and veterans.
I provide consulting services such as: Training and Presentations for National & local conferences. I also provide services to business and churches. I am Certified to provide HIV/AIDS education and therapy. I also have over 100 hours of Trauma & Cognitive Behavioral Training. I am a Certified human trafficking trainer & counselor.
My therapeutic style includes mind-body connections, Cognitive-Behavioral psychotherapy, spiritual counseling, and behavioral psychotherapy. I am now offering appointments to Orlando, Winter Park and Altamonte Springs residents, Mondays through Saturdays.
