You feel stuck and having tried everything you feel as though nothing seems to be working. You have reached out to family and friends and they were just too busy to listen to your concerns or you felt that they were just too judgmental. You find yourself too much alone too much of the time. You’re in a relationship and your feel that your partner does not really understand you Or, you have recently ended a relationship and find that you have lost your sense of purpose. You spend most days sad, anxious, fearful or consumed with self-doubt. You’re easily frustrated, you just don’t fit in – and you want to.
I am known for helping others move forward to become the best that is within them. My basic belief is that recovery is a journey. I find purpose in helping others realize their full potential in spite of challenging and adverse circumstances. My clients are often seeking help with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and problems at work.
“A journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step” Lao Tzu, I teach clients how to rebuild their lives by identifying and tapping into sources of inner strength, persevering, and becoming more resilient. This process of self-discovery and self-care often leads to wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.
