I am a psychologist who work with individuals 18 years and older. I primarily treat people experiencing anxiety and related disorders. Anxiety disorders can be debilitating, both mentally and physically. I work collaboratively with clients to help them manage their anxiety and live a more fulfilling life.
My treatment approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. I emphasize acceptance of emotions and not judging emotional experiences as being “bad” or “wrong.” Together, I work with clients on identifying thoughts, beliefs, and actions, to develop a greater awareness, and to promote more intentional living.
I received specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy. I also offer a complimentary 15 minute initial phone consultation.
