About

I believe that the counseling process is a journey between the therapist and client where we collectively develop a treatment plan to address areas of concern. Although each person may enter therapy for different reasons, my intent is to identify and work toward the goals of the client becoming a happy, healthier, and well-adjusted being.
Through the use of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), I specialize in treating those dealing with anxiety and depression, minority/multicultural challenges, trauma, behavior issues, substance use and LGBTQIA couples and individuals.
I congratulate you for making the first step towards your healing and look forward to hearing from you.
