I am an EMDR certified therapist who specializes in trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. I use EMDR, hypnotherapy, therapeutic art, and sand tray therapy to help adolescents, teens and adults who are facing stress, anxiety, depression, workplace issues and family and interpersonal relationship conflicts to improve their overall quality of life and well-being.
