Charity Smith

Charity is passionate about helping survivors of intimate partner, sexual and domestic violence heal and restore their faith in themselves. She works with her clients to identify their whole selves, processing trauma impact, restoring healthy boundaries and faith in a healthy sex life.
Charity has undergone extensive training in understanding the impact sexual trauma can have in a person’s life. She has dedicated her career to learning and understanding complex trauma and its ability to diminish trust in yourself and your decision making.
