About

I view counseling as a collaborative relationship between the client and the counselor. This collaborative relationship allows the client and therapist to work together to address issues the client is facing through the development of mutually agreed upon clinical and personal goals. During therapy, I focus on patterns of thoughts, behaviors, moods, and communication that may contribute to client distress. I often address these issues utilizing Person-Centered, Systems, Cogitative Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (evidenced-based therapeutic practices).
I focus my counseling on children, adolescents, and adults. I have an extensive background counseling individuals to help them resolve issues such as Mood Disorders, Panic Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD, Grief, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Truancy, Maladaptive Behaviors, and other Clinical Issues.
Take the step to work on building better coping skills, better relationships, and better self-care. Contact me now to begin counseling services.
