About

I currently work with adolescents and adults of all ages in individual therapy and have a special focus in working with clients holding marginalized identities (e.g., racial/ethnic, sexual, and gender minorities). My ideal client is someone who is willing to bring as much of themselves into the room (e.g., social/cultural identities, personal experiences, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors) in order to foster more self-awareness, growth, and make meaningful life changes.
I use a cognitive-behavioral foundation with integration of multicultural and developmental frameworks. My goal is to help you foster a better understanding of yourself as a cultural being. I will encourage you to curiously examine concerns and empower you to define your identities and values for yourself in service of living a personally fulfilling life
I strongly believe in the healing and transformative power of therapy and it is an honor to join clients in the therapeutic process of growth and self-understanding. I’m excited to join you on your therapeutic journey!
