All the while taking into account the web of social and cultural barriers becoming healthy.
My personal and professional journey has led me to focus on understanding the impact of negative social influences on the lives of African American boys and men. This interest has informed my practice and led me to develop a clinical specialization in helping African American boys and men navigate unique stressors placed the path of healthy development.
