I come from a multi-cultural and diverse background which assist me while working with individuals from different cultures, sexual orientations, and religions. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults who are trying to work through experiences and emotions to improve their lives. I believe that individuals possess a great amount of resolve and inner strength which aids them in their ability to heal. With my help, these individuals can bring forward these attributes and qualities to thrive.
I prefer Patient-Centered and Solution-Focused modalities integrated with Cognitive-Behavioral techniques. My goal is to facilitate the skills needed for the client to seek resolution and understanding in their struggles.
I have experience working with individuals who exhibit behaviors that include ADHD, Oppositional Defiant, Depression, Anxiety, Impulse Control, Self-Esteem, and school-related behavioral problems. I have over a decade of experience working with schools on their trauma-informed care approach while assisting with evidence-based behavioral interventions.
