About

There are moments in our lives where we can benefit from additional support. Whether you desire better personal or intimate relationships, you are going through a life transition, or you are adjusting to recent change in your health, you have taken the first and most difficult step by seeking support. I work from a strengths-based and collaborative perspective that focuses on helping people identify and develop the skills and tools they already have within. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach that draws from different modalities. I provide a safe, grounded, and compassionate space for processing, change, and healing.
I have worked as a counselor in schools, oncology and perinatology where I developed skills to support individuals through life transitions including end of life issues, chronic illness, or other medical changes. I have a passion for creating spaces where individuals can feel heard, validated, and understood in the ways that support healing and wellness.
I am committed to providing access to mental health support and wellness for people and populations who have been overlooked by the field (individuals with intersecting identities, People of Color, immigrant populations, pregnant or postpartum women of color, and biracial adults). I would be honored to partner with you on your new journey into wellness.
