****ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS**** I am a Charlotte native. I have been passionate about working with people that seek Substance Use and Mental Health support for over 15 years. I enjoy collaborating and empowering my patients to reach their desired outcomes. My approach is based on the individual needs and I believe that the person sitting in front of me is actually the expert, I’m simply the tool that gets to help navigate the journey!
I offer individual and group therapy sessions for individuals with primarily Substance Use and or Co-Occurring Disorders. I specialize is relapse prevention and also work closely with a great network of local supporters that I encourage my patients to explore, as needed.
I come from a family that has experienced and in some cases, still experiences the battle with the disease of addiction. It took someone very near and dear to my heart, that struggled for many years, whom I could not understand how to help, to finally get me to realize HOW and WHO I get to be in order to make a difference to those that wanted to change.
