About

Starting your journey towards healing can be daunting. Through therapy together we can work towards achieving your goals in a safe, compassionate, and authentic space. My role isn’t to tell you how to live, but to explore ways to live that fully met your needs and create a fulfilling life.
As a Mental Health Counselor, I work with adults and adolescents around various concerns including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, relationships issues, intimate partner violence and trauma. Within these dynamics, I have a particular focus on working with people of color, LGBTQ, and people in open/poly relationships.
I am a Black, queer, woman who approaches counseling from an anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens. As a therapist trained in feminist and multicultural theories, I aim to create a collaborative authentic space to foster radical holistic healing for clients.
