About

Challenges in life are inevitable. The goal is to not allow yourself to become defeated by those challenges. When faced with opposition, do you find it difficult to overcome? Do you experience moments where you can’t describe your feelings? Are you often stressed about things that are out of your control? Do you feel like you are having difficulty finding balance in your life? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, therapy could potentially be the resources to assist with resolving some of your personal challenges. Good news, you’ve taken the first necessary step to find resources.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families who deal with a variety of challenges including: Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Trauma, Relationships, Foster Care/Adoption, Child Abuse, Neglect/Exploitation, Sexual Behaviors, Self Identity, Substance Dependency, Domestic Violence, At-Risk Youth, Chronic Homelessness and Human Trafficking.
”Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.”-Theodore Roosevelt. My goal is to develop a healthy therapeutic relationship, in a safe, nonjudgemental environment. Therapy is a mental, spiritual, and physical investment, that once you heal internally, you will not allow life challenges to make you feel broke, nor close to defeating you.
