I believe anyone can change with the desire to want to change. I work best with people who value purpose in life, striving to improve overall quality of their lives and relationships. I view therapy as a partnership between client and therapist, working together to help you understand yourself on a deeper level. No issue is too big, no issue is too small, let’s work together to succeed them all.
My approach is Person-Centered in addition to Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Rest assured that this is a safe and secure place for you to unpack burdens of confusion, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, insecurities, lack of motivation, and fear. We will get to the root of the problem one session at a time and utilize the best solution.
My goal is to guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself for you to live your best life. Life can be challenging and so can therapy. Life can be simple and so can therapy. Whatever this process may be, we will start it together and finish it together.
