I provide individualized, culturally-appropriate trauma-focused services to adults, adolescents and, teens between the ages of 12-19 years old. I help clients to accept themselves while reframing and understanding their experiences to learn valuable coping skills and new ways of interacting with their worlds.
My areas of specialization include working with clients who are facing LGBTQ+ and BIPOC difficulties, including identity formation and self-acceptance, Racial Trauma, Complex Trauma, Traumatic Grief, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Substance Use Disorders, and behavioral issues.
