Centering Elements aims to offer a professional, compassionate environment designed to provide a favorable, individual experience for each person and/or families to address emotional concerns. We find it important to collaborate with each one on their mental health and wellness. It is important to center your world in a manner that you are comfortable with.
My focus has been on children, adolescents and female concerns for most of my career. I enjoy using play therapy and person centered therapy to address topics like trauma, self harm, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, anger management. and parenting.
