About

I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME UNTIL FUTHER NOTICE. THIS PAGE WILL BE UPDATED WHEN I AM ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. THANK YOU As a therapist who has been working with moms for many years and as a new mom myself, I know the struggle is real. I remember saying to myself, “I did not know being a mother would be this hard.” No one talks about the difficult issues that moms-to-be and new moms commonly struggle with, like pure exhaustion, anxiety, irritability, rage, and postpartum regret.
No one talks about the havoc pregnancy puts on your body and mental health, nor the many days of feeling joy and frustration at the same time. We often believe that sharing brings about shame and guilt. As a mental health therapist and mother, I wanted to make sure that women do not struggle in silence during their journey to becoming a mother.
I understand that being a mom on high demand means that your time is already limited. Therefore, I provide online psychotherapy sessions. Online sessions allow you to meet with me from anywhere, including the comfort of your own home. With the right support, you can take control of your life and be the person and mother that you want to be. Visit my website.
