I’m a solution focused therapist and work with clients to utilize and build on skills they already have to reach their goals. I frequently utilize cognitive behavior techniques which aid in treating the root of an issue not just putting on a band-aid. I help clients focus on the here and now and encourage them to not only dwell on what they want to change in their life but to also celebrate what is going well. I take an eclectic approach to developing interventions and strongly believe that everyone has the ability to make positive change.
