About

Sometimes we need to understand what brought us to this point in life. Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstance, others experience fear and hopelessness. Whether it’s feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or feeling stuck and defeated because you haven’t reached a life goal — having someone to help guide you through those issues may be what you need. Therapy is an opportunity to talk with someone trained to listen in a confidential, safe space by providing a non-judgmental and supportive environment to help you heal and grow.
With more than 10 years of experience, I utilize cognitive behavior, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies with a mindfulness approach. My experience enables me to join you in assessing your needs in order to offer effective individualized, therapeutic care. In addition, I’ve earned a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
The idea of therapy itself can be a challenge. But you’ve achieved a small goal by taking the first step in seeking a therapist. With therapy or coaching, you can recover motivation, perspective and joy. I provide a neutral ground and brave space to individuals, families, and couples. The goal is to help you grow from your struggles and heal from your pain.
