I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing emotional pain and unrest as a result of trauma they’ve witnessed or experienced. I have assisted many individuals in their healing process by helping them identify and replace unhelpful thoughts and behaviors so they can establish a healthy sense of self and move towards wholeness and wellness.
My clinical approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to help individuals work through past painful experiences. I believe that together, we will create a plan and path tailored to your unique and specific needs.
