About

I am passionate about my work and love what I do. I have seen the effects that therapy can have in peoples’ lives and I am always honored to be a part of that process. In most cases the collaborative meaning-making process undertaken by client and therapist is the change factor that leads to clarity, relief, freedom and flourishing. Existential therapy provides individuals with new perspectives, lasting change and provide insight for the anxieties of life like freedom, death, responsibility, and meaninglessness.
Existential Therapy focuses on free will, self-determination, and the search for meaning. This approach often centers on you rather than on the symptom you are experiencing. The approach emphasizes your capacity to make rational choices and to develop to your maximum potential.
We seek therapy when our manner of relating to the world no longer works or causes greater distress than the safety it provides. Whatever your reason, how you have moved through this world has kept you alive up until this point. I am honored to explore with you a new manner of being in our world that provide you safety while minimizing your distress.
