About

You wish there was someone who understood you; someone you could talk to without being judged or made to feel bad about your feelings. You’ve suffered a great loss and you haven’t been the same since. You’re wondering if the pain will ever go away and if you’ll ever be happy again. Life has been hard and you’ve questioned if it’s even worth living. You’re bombarded with mental images, thoughts, or reminders about a loss that won’t seem to go away. Grief has a way of changing our whole world. You desperately want to feel hope again. Or maybe you’re experiencing stress and worry about work-life balance or major life transitions.
I am trained in cognitive-behavior therapy, family therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. This extensive training, along with my personal experiences have uniquely equipped me in helping you to transform your own story of grief and loss or creating the life you’ve imagined.
Whether you’re coping with the death of a loved one, divorce, loss of health, loss of a job, other life transitions, or entrepreneurial stress, I can help! My name is Schiviena Crawley. Call me for a free 15 minute phone consultation before the first session. Christian counseling also available if requested. Peace to you on your journey!
