No one is an island unto themselves, nor should anyone feel as if they must work their way through life alone. My focus has been on empowering clients and their loved ones to navigate the rough terrains of their life journeys. My mission is to help families and individuals to have lasting, healthy marriages and families and the interpersonal relationships that they seek, while helping the community to prosper through the solidification of the individuals within it. Clients that know that they want all that life has to offer but need more support to grasp it are encouraged to reach out for support here through therapy.
I specialize in Family Conflict, Couples, Pre-Marital and Marital, Anxiety, Depression, Teen and Adolescences, Self-Esteem/Self-Image, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Healthy Interpersonal Relationships. I am also a Supervisor for LPC-Interns.
I am certified in ASIST, an evidence-based suicide intervention modality and am able to assist with clients that experience suicidality and their families.
