I believe we each have what we need inside of us to live the life we imagined; sometimes we just need a little help.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you learn how your thought processes impact the choices you make, which can determine your success. I also use Motivational Interviewing to meet you where you are, and learn where you would like to go.
For the past 19 years, I have worked with men and women who are struggling, learn the skills and thought processes needed to become successful. You’ve already taken the first step.
