About

Are you experiencing deep sadness that just won’t seem to go away even when you have bouts of happiness? Are you constantly restless or do you have a hard time enjoying the present moment? Do you experience uncontrollable fits of anger? Well, what if I told you all of these reactions are the results of unresolved issues that can be worked through in a therapy setting. Or, are you on the journey to self-discovery? Using an integrative frame, I work with the inner world of my client to help them find themselves while simultaneously satisfying the demands of their environments.
The goal of therapy is to facilitate growth in the client that: 1) promotes harmony and balance between their needs and the demands of their environments, 2) fosters interconnected relationships with their community, and 3) empowers clients to be authentic.
